What do I do to become a Mobile Mum?
Becoming a Mobile Mum is a simple process. There is an application to complete. We will sit down with you, discuss the franchise and what is involved. This will include territories available, an overview of the franchise operation and the required documentation required to purchase a franchise.
After the initial meeting you have time to read through the franchise material and talk to independent advisors (including your accountant and lawyer). This allows you to have independent advice to help you with your investment decision.
Follow-up meetings are then scheduled with you to help answer any questions that you have.
Once you are happy to progress, you pay an initial deposit and your franchise territory is confirmed. You then confirm your availability for induction training, pay the balance outstanding, and you're ready to start.
What am I expected to do as a Mobile Mum?
A Mobile Mum purpose is to take the hassles associated with home cleaning away from our clients. The list of jobs that Mobile Mums are asked to do are nearly endless. Mobile Mums do all sorts of domestic cleaning chores including: vacuuming, dusting, cleaning, washing, ironing, cleaning windows and even feeding pets while their owners are away.
Unlike some other home service franchises, Mobile Mums doesn't limit the kind of work you can do. From the front door to the back steps, we do it all.

Where can I work?
A Mobile Mums franchise is based upon an exclusive territory. Each territory contains as least 2500 households. Territories are currently available throughout New Zealand. Existing Mobile Mums are based in Westmere, Point Chevalier, Henderson and Waiheke in Auckland, Wairarapa, Wanganui, Palmerston North and Wellington.
